  • What areas do you cover?
    We serve the local metro area and surrounding communities within approximately 30 miles. If you're unsure whether your location qualifies, send us a quick message or call — we'll confirm immediately.
  • Do you offer same-day or emergency service?
    We do our best to accommodate same-day requests depending on schedule availability. For emergencies — a car that won't start, a breakdown, or a safety issue — call us directly so we can assess the situation and dispatch as quickly as possible.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and digital payments (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal). Payment is collected at the time of service after the work is complete.
  • My car won't start — what should I do?
    Call or text us immediately. Provide your location and a brief description of the symptoms (clicking noise, completely dead, turns over but won't fire). We'll advise you on the spot and schedule an on-site diagnostic visit as soon as we're available.
